Let's Bounce - North Shore of Mequon, WI is the only bungee fitness studio in the North Shore communities to offer this exciting, new workout! It's a fun, full-body cardio workout that incorporates lunges, squats, and jumping, yet is easy on the joints.
With the resistance and assistance of the bungee cords you can make the workout as hard (or as easy) as you'd like. You'll bounce and leap around the room as you strengthen your core, back, and legs. It's a low-impact, high-energy workout you're sure to love!
