So, What is Bungee Fitness?
Bungee Fitness is essentially a "Johnny Jump Up" for adults. Each person will wear a leg and waist harness which will fit snuggly over your upper thights and booty region, as well as around your waist and hips. You will then be "clipped in" from the back with state-of-the-art bungee cords while you are gently suspended from our 13 foot ceilings. When you are correctly clipped in, your feet will naturally rise to tippy toes and the bungees will take some of the weight off of your joints.
Bounce, jump, fly, swoop, sit— there are tons of different ways to have a blast while you're in the harness and bungee. Each class will be about 60 minutes long which includes the time for you to get "rigged up" and ready and then to take your harness and gear off.
